TRE Expansion continues in Indy

On August 15, 2011, Thiemann Real Estate acquired Keeneland Crest Apartments located at 5540 Ashview Drive in Indianapolis, IN from Harbor Group Management Company. Keeneland Crest is a 424 unit market rate apartment community located on Indy's South side. This marks TRE's third apartment community within Indianapolis and second Indy acquisition in 2011. Earlier in the year, TRE closed on Washington Quarters Apartments located at 40 Capitol Drive in Avon, IN. Washington Quarters was built in 1999 and is comprised of 256 one, two and three bedroom apartment homes and townhomes.
